This "car" was built by Gereral Motors to demonstrate various options and Delco products for the auto show circuit. It features a rotating, cut away 455 engine. The engine is chain driven by a small electric motor and gear box hidden inside a dummy starter housing. The transmission and alternator are also cut away. The primary option they were promoting was the "Jac Pac 175" air shock system which could adjust the height of the car from the drivers seat using a control on the dash. The air shock system works when connected to a compressed air source. Other features include a plexiglass firewall and display lights. The vehicle is equipped with disc brakes, tilt and telescoping steering column with "rim blow" steering wheel and an AM-FM stereo radio.
